ABOUT THE CLASSES

Contemporary dance classes are for adults & youth, and focus on expressive movement; dance improvisation; and contemporary techniques, such as release or weight transfer. During our classes we also work on floor work sequences and contact improvisation to enhance fluidity, connection, and creative expression. Choreography work is also part of our fall season!
